No guarantee
We do not guarantee visa approval, processing time or entry. Official fees are non-refundable once paid to the authority.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and genuine documents and information
- Disclose previous refusals and travel history
- Check passport validity and visa conditions before travel
Fees and refunds
Our service fee, official fees and third-party costs are shown separately before you proceed. Refund eligibility depends on work completed and the supplier’s rules.
